Job title: Resident Senior Engineer- Sales
Location: Kolkata
Role Summary
As Senior Engineer-Sales responsible to focus on analyzing the Industrial Automation Sales trends & capture the maximum market share for the company to penetrate the Kolkata and surrounding region market.
Key and Responsibilities
- To foster sales revenue by offering one step solutions to potential customers and segments like Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Whitegoods, Energy, Digital, Panel Builders, Infrastructure and OEM (Special purpose machine) segment
- To identify and develop potential customers in the assigned segment and maintain the healthy relationships with the existing customers in the assigned region, ensure IHS (In-House Share %) of existing & new customers & System Integrators grows year on year.
- End to end Chanel Partner (CP) Management & Building strategic relationship with existing & new CP.
- Responsible to plan seminars/ product demos/ road shows at customer’s site as per the requirement.
Job Requirement and Qualification
B.E or equivalent diploma and MBA or equivalent in any stream
Experience :3 to 12 years of experience of industrial automation sales in OEM business, Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Whitegoods, Energy, Digital, Panel Builders, Infrastructure Kolkata region .
Important Skills & Behavioural Competencies:
Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details. target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.
Competent to handle product demo and Technical queries for customers.
Travel Requirement: To travel across India/Bangladesh as per business needs.
