Job Title: Executive – Business Development
Qualification: BE/B tech – Mechanical
Location: Pune
EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience in Business Development, for 3-5 years – Automotive Industry Experience, preferably in Aluminium die casting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquiring new customers to grow Indian business in domestic markets (Grow Market Share %, Improve margin %).
- Responsible for Domestic sale growth.
- Responsible for AR, improving product margin, reducing selling costs (control).
- Recommending product positioning, pricing strategies for different sectors. Responsible for NPI – right from RFQ to delivery.
- Long term, yearly, quarterly, monthly business planning & forecasting. Improving customer satisfaction, customer relationship management. • Coordinate, set priorities for customers’ needs inside the organ with supply chain, plant.
- Identification of new business opportunities by conducting market scan, competition
