Job title: Tool procurement and support engineer

Location: Dharwad

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mech Engg / NTTF

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Age: 25 to 30 years old

Key responsibilities:

• Mould management (inspection, issue and scrap of opti air line moulds)
•  Work instruction and spec sheet release through change management
  system and keeping old copies in file and maintain master list as per
  latest revision
•  Monthly verification of production tools/jigs and intimate to line owner
  for repair support
•  Verification of existing Pokayoke and intimate to process line owner
•  Assembly of new tools/fixtures which are designed by Fleetguard(pneumatic , electric and mechanical connections )
