Job title: Process Engineer – blow molding

Location: Hosur

Qualification: DME /BE Mechanical

Key Activities:

• Process Planning.
•  Machine / Equipment selection for material processing, molding,
  welding of plastic parts.
•  Mold design, JIG and FIXTURE design. Manufacturing and validation of
  Molds, jigs and fixture through outside vendors.
•  Good understanding of automation using pneumatic and electric controls, PLCs etc

Experience:8-10  automotive industry experienced is preferred.
