Qualification: BE Mechanical, DME + Tooling

Knowledge and Skills:

• Review the tool /Part progress with supplier
• Tool manufacturing processes
• Tool design considerations/ calculations
• Project Management
• Use of product and process knowledge to build the P FMEA for Tool & Process.
• IATF 1649 System knowledge
• Core tools- APQP , PPAP , FMEA, SPC , MSA
• Product development (project completion)
