Job Goal On time delivery of designs
Responsibilities

 

 · Design of plastic Components

· To study project deliverable and requirements (Input study)
Flow rate and restriction, vibration, space available, other unspecified VoC

· To design required components as per performance parameters

· To generate error free drawings

· Review the designs with Mfg team

· Attend trials as & when required

· Design standards for plastic parts

· Follow CCPM process for project completion
KNOWLEDGE

 

 

 

 

 

 · Should have basic understanding of engine

· Should have understanding on filtration product , design selection

· Should have knowledge of plastic parts, mould design

· Should have knowledge of Pro-e, Auto Cad

· Should have knowledge of APQP/TS 16949

· Should know engineering system
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS l Pro-E (Mandatory)/ other 3D modelling software PLM
EXPERIENCE · 5-8 Years
Qualification · B.E(Mechanical)
