Any PG degree in HR 4-6years relevant experience in:

• End to end Non IT automotive, engineering Recruitment & Selection process mandatory
• onboarding & induction
• Learning and development,
• Employee performance and engagement
• Audit compliance
– salary range 5-6L

Good communication skills with people management and negotiations skills are also essential.
