• ASQ Certifications – CQE / CQM
• IATF/ISO 9000 Internal auditor certification from reputed agencies

Experience:20+ years: in Quality Management in automotive / precision engineering industry at senior level is preferred.

Age: 45 years

Key role and responsibilities

1.Do pareto analysis quarterly to identify the highest problem-
occurrences on all mfg. lines / CQCs by analyzing quality data

2. Take up projects in CCPM to eliminate the identified problems
permanently as per Pareto.

3.Participate effectively in PFMEA review

4.Conduct trainings on TOC key elements like DBR, BPR, CCPM, CCR

Knowledge

QMS ISO/IATF knowledge & audit methodology – IATF – 16949 std.,

ISO 9000, ISO 14001 – Internal auditor for IATF/ISO.
• APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA DVPR, SPC, MSA, GD & T , CSR –
Customer specific requirement knowledge
