Job Title:  Digital and social media content creator and design

Key responsibilities:

• Managing digital + social platforms
• Building good, engaging content for such platforms
• Ideating on and executing campaigns, contests, etc.
• Coordinating with various teams and agencies regularly
• Cross referencing data to creating content and engagement strategies
• Designing the creatives for social media, emailers and other digital mediums

Required Skill Set:

• Excellent written & spoken language skills (English primarily; any other Indian languages is a plus)
• Proficient with design tools like Canva, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Familiarity with using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and other social platforms
• Ability to take ownership & responsibility
• Ability to handle key campaigns
• Experience in managing a team is a plus
• Fast learner and ability to follow SOPs
• Understanding of media tools, various analytical tools, website CMS and CRM
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure / deadlines
• Comfortable to work on Excel, Power point
• Understanding of paid media, engagement and lead gen campaigns, is a plus
• Understanding of influencer marketing is a plus

Experienced: 2+ years of experience in social media content and designing
